License Overview

• Single-user license, for multiple devices with one user.
• Unlimited personal and small-business commercial products.
• The font file itself may not be shared, given, uploaded, or distributed, including converted into another installable or typeable font format.
• The font is licensed, not sold, and remains the property of Meeshmallow Studio.

You Can Use the Font To

• Create unlimited personal and commercial products.
• Use in logos and branding, flattened or outlined.
• Use in digital and printable designs as long as the font is not extractable.
• Digitize into embroidery or stitch files to create and sell finished embroidered products, such as shirts, hats, patches, etc., and the stitch file stays with you, not your customer.
• Create and sell SVG or cut files using the font, as long as they are single words or phrases, not full alphabets or standalone letters, and part of a real design with other elements.
• Use for bulletin board phrases only. No alphabet sets, letter packs, etc.
  • Example: "We Love Winter!" or "Be Kind" - bulletin board phrases or sets cannot include every letter of the alphabet or provide enough letters for a buyer to recreate an entire alphabet set.

For embroidery or stitch files, SVG or cut files, and bulletin board phrases, the font file itself stays with you and should never be given to your customers.

You Cannot

• Share, give, upload, or distribute the font file itself.
• Create alphabet products or letter sets, such as A-Z bulletin board letters, stamps, monogram letters, A-Z cut files, etc.
• Convert the font into a typeable SVG font, such as a Cricut Design Space font, stitch alphabet, or any format that lets a buyer type unlimited words or letters.
• Distribute embroidery or stitch files. Selling a digitized stitch file requires the Embroidery Extended License; a typing-enabled stitch font requires the Add-On after Extended.
• Upload the font to editable platforms such as Canva, Corjl, Templett, Kittl, or Figma.
• Claim the font as your own or alter the font to make a new font.
• Provide editable files where customers can freely type with the font, unless they also own a license to that font.
• If a document is sold or shared publicly, it must be flattened or locked so the font cannot be extracted or typed outside the resource.

Special Exception for Teachers Pay Teachers Only

Teacher-authors who purchased the font may embed it in editable PowerPoint classroom resources sold on Teachers Pay Teachers, under these conditions:

• The file must be PowerPoint only (.ppt or .pptx).
• The buyer can type only within that specific resource.
• The font must not be provided or shared as a download, or extractable via resource.

This exception does not extend to bulletin board products, alphabet sets, A-Z letter packs, monograms, or any product where letters themselves are the focus.

Giving Credit

• Credit is required on Teachers Pay Teachers products using this font - please credit Meeshmallow Studio with the logo button.
• Credit is required when selling the SVG or cut file itself, wherever sold.
• Credit on all other platforms or products is not required, but always appreciated, unless a purchased Extended License states otherwise.
